Questions?

Benefit cards are debit-style cards preloaded with funds that are commonly used to purchase nutritious foods and OTC medications.

Benefit cards are most commonly offered by Medicare Advantage or Medicaid plans. If you are currently enrolled in one of these plans, please call your plan directly and ask if you're eligible for food and/or OTC benefits. If you are eligible and don't currently have a card, you may be able to request a replacement card sent by mail.

If you are planning to enroll into a Medicare Advantage plan, you can use an online Medicare plan finder tools to compare different plans and supplemental plan offerings.

Benefit cards are preloaded with a predetermined amount. Your health plan determines how much is on your card, when it reloads, and what items are covered.

As a result, card balance, reload cadence, and eligible items may vary.

At checkout, use your Benefit card to pay for eligible items. If you wish to purchase any ineligible items, you'll need another method of payment to complete the transaction.

We accept major Benefit cards in-store, including NationsBenefits, &more, FIS, Solutran, and OTC Network. We also accept &more and OTC Network online. If you're not sure if we accept your card, please call the number on the back
