EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, RETAIL OPERATIONS & PRESIDENT, SOUTHWEST DIVISION
Shane Dorcheus’ career with Albertsons began in 1980, when he joined the company as a courtesy clerk. His work with the company took him from the Idaho market where he began to New Mexico, Texas, and Arizona until he was promoted to Vice President of Operations in 2004 for the Rocky Mountain Division and moved to Denver, CO.
He served in various management positions throughout the organization during that time, including Store Director, District Manager, Director of Operations, Vice President of Operations, and Division Vice President for the Rocky Mountain Division. In February 2008, he was promoted to Division President for the Southwest Division of Albertsons LLC following the combining of the Rocky Mountain and Southwest Divisions.
In October 2017, Dorcheus was appointed as the Division President for the Southern California Division.
In September 2018, Dorcheus was appointed Executive Vice President, Retail Operations & President, Southern California and Southwest Divisions.
In March 2020, Dorcheus’ operations leadership role was expanded to include leading the Portland, Seattle/Haggen, NorCal, SoCal, Intermountain and Denver divisions, while continuing to lead Southwest as its division president.
