Main Ingredients

  • 1 (5-oz.) Waterfront Bistro Mahi Mahi Fillet
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Thaw fish per package instructions. Season fish with salt and pepper.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Step 3

Add oil to a non-stick skillet and heat over medium high heat.

Step 4

Pan-fry fish for 5 - 8 minutes, turning once.

Step 5

Slice the fish into 4 long strips.

Step 6

Place a piece of fish on double stacked tortillas and top with your favorite taco toppings.

Step 7

Serve with lime wedges.
