Marinated Crawfish in Lemon Dill Sauce
Are you playing hostess this weekend? We’ve got the perfect appetizer! This Marinated Crawfish recipe is a beautiful starter and features a delicious lemon dill sauce that all your party guests will fight over.
- 1 ½ cups Safeway Select™ Mayonnaise
- ½ cup Lucerne® Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 red onion (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup fresh dill (chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds crawfish tails
In a large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, onion, dill and salt.
Stir in crawfish tails.
Cover and refrigerate overnight, stirring once.
Serve with frilly toothpicks.
