Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Green Zucchini
  • 1 cup Yellow Squash
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro or Thai Basil
  • 1/2 cup Crunchy Salted Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 cup Open Nature® Sesame Ginger Dressing
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper
  • 2 pinches Chile Pepper Spice (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Prepare zucchini and squash by cutting into thin sticks.

Step 2

Thinly slice green onion and hand tear herbs.

Step 3

Prepare dressing by mixing together the peanut butter and Open Nature® Sesame Ginger Dressing.

Step 4

Dress vegetables with peanut-sesame ginger dressing.

Step 5

Add fresh lime juice and mix well.
