Boil water, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork. Microwave: Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. Add oil if desired. Cover, microwave on high. Wait 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed, the fluff. How much? For more servings, visit 2 Servings: 1 cup rice + 1 cup water. 4 Serving: 2 cups + 2 cups. 6 Serving: 3 cups + 3 cups.
