Boil water, reduce heat to medium, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat. Fluff with fork. Microwave: Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. Add oil if desired. Cover, microwave on high. Wait 5 minutes, or until water is absorbed, the fluff. How much?
