Cook 8 ounces of this package in 4 quarts of rapidly boiling water, in an uncovered pot 8 to 10 minutes or until desired tenderness is reached, drain and serve. Cook noodles no more than 6 or 8 minutes if they are to be cooked again in soups or casseroles, serve nutritious egg noodles with your favorite stew or goulash. Buttered egg noodles can be sprinkled with chopped chives, sautéed bread crumbs or poppy seeds to make an interesting side dish. Fine noodles are a welcome addition to your favorite soups.
