Directions Keep frozen. 1. Bring enough salted water to a boil so that it covers the yuca by 2 inches. 2. Add contents to boiling water cook 30 minutes or until tender. 3. Drain and serve. Microwave: 1. Place contents in dish full of water. 2. Cook microwave for 30 minutes or until tender. Add salt. 3. Drain and season to taste.
