Smuttynose Brewing Robust Porter In Bottles - 6-12 Fl. Oz.
Porter, Robust
Founded in 1994, our company is named for Smuttynose Island, one of the Isles of Shoals, a small, rugged archipelago that lies seven miles off the New Hampshire Coast. Steeped in history and legend, the Isles of Shoals have been home to poets, pirates, ghosts, fishermen and harbor seals over the centuries. The Smuttynose Brewing Co. is a genuine craft brewery. Our mission is to brew fine, fresh, distinctive beers, characteristic of our New England origins. You've made an excellent choice! Smuttynose Robust Porter recalls the rich, dark ales favored by the dockworkers and warehousemen of nineteenth century London. This hearty, mahogany-colored beer has a smooth, malty palate and subtle flavors reminiscent of coffee and chocolate. You'll find it delicious on its own, or accompanying flavorful foods, but always best when enjoyed with good company! Make mine a Smutty! 5.7% alcohol by volume.
