Certified gluten-free. Estd 1984. Consciously crafted. Ash-ripened. Since 1984. Handcrafted by our dedicated cheesemakers with fresh goats' milk from family farms in Vermont and Canada. French for a good mouthful, Bonne Bouche is a hand-ladled cheese. Sprinkled with poplar wood ash, the cheese is aged for 10 days at our creamery. Certified B Corporation.
