Filling: Roasted Portobello Mushroom, Aged Imported Parmesan Cheese (Pasteurized Cow's Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes), Monterey Jack Cheese (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Water, Cream, Panko (Wheat Flour, Organic Cane Syrup, Sea Salt, Yeast), Swiss Cheese (Pasteurized Part Skim Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Enzymes), Sauteed Onion (Onion, Soybean Oil), Salt, Sherry Wine, Granulated Garlic, Porcini Mushrooms, Spices. Dough: Extra Fancy Durum Flour, Semolina Flour, Egg, Water.

Directions Perishable/Keep refrigerated. Cook thoroughly. Cook ravioli thoroughly before serving. Add ravioli to 4 quarts of boiling water. Stir immediately. Boil gently for 4 to 5 minutes or until desired tenderness is achieved. If frozen, do not thaw; add 1 to 2 minutes to cooking time. Scoop ravioli out of water and strain to avoid breaking. Toss with olive oil or your favorite sauce. Refrigerate leftovers immediately. Packed must be used before expiration date. Package can be frozen for up to one month to extend shelf life.
