You Will Also Need: 6 cups chicken broth; 2 cups chicken breast cut up, fresh or precooked. Optional: 1 cup white wine or 1 cup cream. Here's What You Do: In a 3 or 4-quart pot bring broth to a boil. Add contents of wild rice soup mix and chicken. Lower heat and simmer, covered, 40 minutes. Add wine or cream, if desired. Let stand five minute and serve!
