Directions You will need: For cake: 2 large eggs, 1/2 cup cold water, 3 tablespoons vegetable oil; For frosting: 1 tablespoon margarine or butter (if butter is used, this cake is not pareve), 1 tablespoon boiling water, mixing bowl & mixer. Cake prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease enclosed baking pan. Mix: Empty large bag of mix into mixing bowl. Add 1/2 cup cold water, eggs, and 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. Spread batter evenly in greased pan. Bake: Bake at 350 degrees F for 50-52 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool in pan on rack for 15 minutes. Frosting prep: Remove cake from pan and cool thoroughly on rack before frosting. Empty small bag of frosting mix into small bowl. Add 1 tablespoon margarine or butter and mix. Gradually add 1 tablespoon boiling water (until desired spreading consistency is reached). Stir until smooth and spread on completely cooled cake. Makes: About 7 serving. Preparation time: 10 minute
