Cooking Instructions: Stirred Noodle: 1. Pour in water and bring to a boil, add guan miao noodles, bring to a boil again, simmer over low heat for 3 minutes then drain of water; 2. Stir with favored sauce such as sesame sauce, sate sauce or oyster sauce, add with cooked vegetables, meat or seafood, serve. Noodle Soup: 1. Pour in water and bring to a boil, add guan miao noodles, bring to a boil again summer over low heat for 3 minutes; 2. Add seasoning and flavored vegetable, meat or seafood, bring to a boil again, serve. Preservation: Store in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
