Directions Keep frozen. Heating: Microwave: 1. Place frozen vegetables in a microwave-safe 1-1/2 quart casserole dish. 2. Add 1 tablespoon water and cover. 3. Heat on high for 3-5 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook.), stirring halfway through cooking time. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Stove Top: 1. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in 3-quart saucepan. 2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 6-8 minutes (For food safety and best quality, cook to a temperature of 160 degrees F.
