Boil: Stove Top Directions Pick a Protein 1 lb., cut into 1/2-inch cubes • Boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs. Cook Brown chicken pieces. Mix 2-1/4 cups water, Rice Mix, chicken and 1 Tbsp. butter (optional) in 3-quart saucepan until well blended. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until rice is tender. Enjoy Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
