Directions Keep frozen. How should I serve 'em? Make a stir fry with asparagus, assorted vegetables, shiitake mushrooms, and tofu. Serve stir fry mix with a teriyaki sauce over a bed of rice. Make a Japanese soup with onions, soy sauce, mirin, rice noodles, asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and assorted vegetables. More recipe ideas online at How should I cook 'em? Stove Top: Heat a skillet on medium-high heat. Add 1 Tbsp. of oil and 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms to the pan. Stir constantly and continue to cook on medium-heat heat for approximately 5 minutes or until just beginning to brown. Microwave: Place 1 cup of shiitake mushrooms in a covered microwaveable container. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary depending on the brand of appliance used.
