Read instructions before using. Step 1: Remove all juices from pan with a baster before removing pan from oven. When removing from oven, always support the bottom of pan. Do not lift by sides only. Failure to do this can cause injury. Step 2: Both handles must be in the locked position before cooking and while removing pan from the oven. Handles are in the locked position (Inset A) when lower bars on outer handles are under the lip of the foil pan (Inset A). Handles will click into place when locked. If handles are not locked, pan will fall from rack. Always wear mitts when handling hot pans. Step 3: While wearing mitts, open handles by pulling away from the pan (Inset B). Handles are open when lower bats on both outer handles clear the lip of the pan. Remove meat with lift rack. A. Lock handles to lift pan. B. Pull handles out to unlock and lift out the turkey or other meat. Remove all juices with baster before removing from oven. Never lift by sides only always support the bottom.
