Blue Teal Shiraz Wine - 750 Ml
Shiraz, New Mexico
The blue-winged teal is one of the most abundant ducks in North America. These migratory birds are known for their quick and elusive flight patterns, powder blue wing section and white crescent shape around the eye. It is very common for blue-winged teals to be seen in New Mexico during migration, although on occasion they have been observed in the southern parts of the state year round. Don't let the soft color fool you, this shiraz is full of flavor. Big red ripe strawberries, soft white pepper and hints of allspice pave the way for a well-integrated, but firm, tannic backbone. Its' wonderful structure is a nice compliment to its' fresh, fruit-forward nature. 13% alc by vol.
