Keep refrigerated. Foster Farms Turkey Italian Sausage is 50% lower in fat than pork Italian Sausage and is a substitute for pork sausage in your favorite recipes. For best results, refer to cooking times and methods below. Easy Cooking Instructions: Spray large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Heat skillet, over medium-high heat. Place links in skillet Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink. If sausage begins to over brown, reduce heat to low. Microwave Method: Times may vary. Place links on microwave safe plate. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on high power until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and turkey is no longer pink. For one link , rotate plate after one minute. 2 Links, 2 to 3 minutes. 4 Links, 3 to 4 minutes.
