Lobster Stock, Shrimp Stock, White Wine, Mirepoix Stock (made of Carrot, Onion and Celery Stocks), Fish Stock, Dried Shrimp Meat, Salt, Dried Fish Stock, Gelatin, Tomato Paste, Dried Crab Stock and Garlic Extract.
Directions Use full strength as a classic glace de fruits de mer. To make a classic seafood stock, use 1 part Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold to 20 parts hot water. Bring to a light simmer and stir until dissolved completely. If a stronger stock is desired, use less water or add additional Glace de Fruits de Mer Gold. Makes approximately 4 cups (946 ml) of Seafood Stock. Refrigerate after opening.
