Directions How to prepare: 1 cup milk (For pareve muffins, substitute water for milk); 2 large eggs; Medium size muffin pan; Mixing bowl and mixer. Make About 9 servings. Preparation time: 15 minutes. bake time: 20-22 minutes. Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Grease muffin cups. Mix Blend eggs and milk/water in mixing bowl. Empty contents of pouch into mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly with a fork. Allow batter to stand for 10 minutes and mix again. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake Bake at 425 degrees F for 20-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove muffins from pan while still hot for easy release of muffins. For larger muffins, use a larger muffin pan. Fill cups until full and bake at 400 degrees F for 32-35 minutes or until golden brown. Cholesterol free variation. Use 4 egg whites and 1 cup water.
