Directions Refrigerate after opening. Not ready to eat, cook before using. Stir well before using. See lid for best by date. Serves 2. 4 tbsp Patak's Curry Paste for Butter Chicken; 1 tbsp vegetable oil; 1 tbsp butter; 8 oz cubed chicken breast; 1/3 cup water; 3 tbsp cream. 1. In medium size pan, gently heat oil and butter. 2. Add chicken and cook until lightly browned. 3. Stir in Patak's Curry Paste for Butter Chicken, cook for another 2 minutes. 4. Add water and cream. 5. Simmer gently for 15 minutes until cooked. Add more water if necessary. Serve with hot rice or naan bread.
