Directions You Will Need: A deep fryer; vegetable oil (enough for deep frying); large bowl; small bowl. Ingredients for Donuts: 1/4 cup milk (or water); 2 eggs; 1 box of Chanukah Donut Mix. Ingredients for Glaze: (glaze helps sprinkles sticks to donuts) 3 tbsp water; 1 egg; 1-2 drops vanilla extract (optional). For decorating use the enclosed packet of blue and white sprinkles and powdered sugar. Caution: Children should be supervised at all times. Never leave hot oil unattended! 1. Pour cooking oil into a deep fryer or large pot. (Fill at least 1 inch deep to cover donuts.) 2. Heat oil over medium heat. Do not bring to a boil. If oil is too hot, donuts will easily turn very dark. 3. In a large bowl combine milk and eggs; add donut mix. Stir until uniform. 4. Coat hands with oil or flour. Scooping 1 tablespoon at a time, form batter into desired donut shapes. 5. Carefully place formed donuts one at a time, into heated oil. Fry about 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. 6. Drain and cool
