Directions What youll need: 1 lb (450 g) chicken, beef, seafood lamb or vegetables. 2 Cups (380 g) Basmati rice. Optional: 2 Table spoons of natural yogurt. Cooking Instructions: (1) Heat two tablespoons of oil in a medium saucepan; (2) Add your choice of meat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared; (3) Pour simmer sauce in pan, stir contents, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to simmer until fully cooked and tender. (4) Serve on a bed of steamed rice. Delicious with yogurt Our tip: For a creamier taste stir a few tablespoons of natural Yogurt into to your korma before serving. Store unopened in a cool, dry place.
