Store in a dry, cool place. Preparation: 1 Package. 2 Cups stock or water. 1 Tbsp Olive oil. Cook Time: About 20 minutes. Combine Mediterranean Pilaf with liquid and olive oil in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving. Serving suggestions: Prepare as a main dish paired with a leafy green salad. Serve as a side with roasted or grilled meats, chicken or fish.
