Directions
Must be cooked thoroughly. This Side up in Microwave: Microwave Directions: Do not open, pierce, or thaw package before cooking. 1. Gently shake package side to side to evenly distribute contents. 2. Place one frozen, unopened package this side up in microwave. 3. Microwave on high for recommended cooking time. Wattage: 700-800 Cooking Minutes: 7 minutes. Wattage: 900-1000 Cooking Minutes: 6 1/2 minutes. Wattage: 1100-1200 Cooking Minutes: 6 minutes. Microwave ovens vary in power. Cooking times are approximate. 4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution package will be hot. 5. Carefully remove package from microwave. 6. Cut open package, pour and enjoy! Stove Top Directions: Open package and pour frozen broccoli into a saucepan. Cover with water. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook; do not refreeze; heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
