Product Attributes
Warning Contains: Contains fish (Chilean sea bass). Care is taken to remove bones, however, some may escape detection. Please use reasonable care with this product.
Directions Keep frozen. Do not refreeze. Thawing Instructions: Remove from vacuum pack. Thaw in refrigerator 8-12 hours or overnight. For a quick thaw, place vacuum sealed bag under cold running water for about 15 minutes. Remove from vacuum bag, rinse with cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. For best results, do not refreeze after thawing. Cooking Instructions: Fillets are best when baked, microwaved, broiled, grilled, poached or smoked. Fish is done when opaque and firm.
