Directions Cooking Directions: 3 Easy Steps: 1. Melt 5 tbsp butter or margarine in a saucepan. Add LA Fish Fry Shrimp Creole Base. Cook over low heat for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly. 2. Add 2 cups of cold water and an 8 oz. can of tomato sauce. Stir. 3. Cook uncovered for 15 minutes on low heat, stirring often. Add 1 lb. peeled, uncooked shrimp to the base and cook on low heat for 15 more minutes or until the seafood is thoroughly cooked (to 145 degrees F and opaque in color). Serve over cooked rice. Enjoy!
