For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Suggestion: Briefly heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet or pre-heat grill on medium-high heat. Cook chops in skillet or on grill for 8-9 minutes per side until product reaches 145 degrees F on a meat thermometer. Remove from heat, rest 3 minutes - Enjoy! Cook 8 to 9 min turn over cook 8 to 9 min. Keep refrigerated.
