Directions Stuffed Mushrooms: Baking Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Drizzle 3 tbsp. Olive oil over bottom of mushroom and baking pan. Season with salt & pepper. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes - or until the mushroom is tender. Grill Directions: Preheat grill to medium heat. Drizzle 3 tbsp. Olive oil over bottom of mushroom and grill pan. Season with salt & pepper. Put on the grill and cook until cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
