Directions
Let's bake! You will need : 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup water. 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2 combine mix, water, butter and eggs in large bowl.3 Mix with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. For cupcakes: Place 12 paper baking cups in a medium muffin pan. Using scoop or spoon, portion batter into 12 muffin cups. Bake for 28 to 34 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield: 12 cupcakes. For cakes: grease the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch round pan. Bake for 48 to 52 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield: 1- 8 or 9 cake. Each box of gluten free cake mix yields 1-8 to 9 inch round cake. For a two-layer cake, please use two boxes of gluten free cake mix. Do not eat raw batter. Do not underbake.
