Directions Preparation: You will need: 1 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil; 2 eggs. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease a standard 9 inch x 5 inch pan with butter or cooking spray. Mix combine eggs, oil and water in a medium bowl. Add mix. Fold together with a spatula until batter is smooth (1 to 2 minutes). Pour batter into pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Keep in a cool, dry place.
