You Will Need: 2 lbs. Chicken or pork; 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 tbsp. White vinegar. Directions: 1. Mix packet contents with water, oil, and white vinegar. 2. Place meat in a sealable dish or resealable bag. 3. Pour marinade over meat. If in a dish, flip to coat all sides. If in a bag, seal bag and massage to thoroughly coat. 4. Marinate 30 minutes or longer. 5. Grill until desired doneness is reached. Tips: For a plant-based option, substitute with sliced vegetables. For a Pork Tenderloin Rub, coat pork evenly with prepared marinade. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cooking. For Peppercorn Garlic Seasoned Tilapia, place Tilapia in heated skillet. Gently spread packet contents on Tilapia and fry until done.
