Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking instructions: Grass fed beef is a unique protein and can reach desired end cooking temperatures quickly. Please follow the cooking instructions below for best results. Remove desired quantity of frozen patties from package. Place frozen patty directly on preheated grill or skillet (medium setting on 325 degrees F recommended); Cook without flipping or pressing until juices appear on surface on surface of meat; Flip burger and cook until it reaches the preferred degree of doneness. Cook to internal temperature of 165 degrees F using a food thermometer. Keep frozen.
