Microwave Oven: (Variations do occur in microwave ovens, so consult your owner�s guide for exact settings and time) Note: Heating instructions were tested with an 1100-watt microwave. Make a 1 inch slit in film. Place bowl in microwave oven, heat on high 3 - 3-1/2 minutes or until hot. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 F. Make a 1 inch slit in film. Place bowl on baking sheet in center of oven. Heat for 35-40 minutes or until hot. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Perishable. Keep frozen. Perishable. Keep frozen until ready to heat. Do not thaw out.
