Directions Cook thoroughly. Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Remove flatbread from film, wrap loosely in a paper towel. 2 Place on microwave-safe plate. 3 microwave on high for 1 minute (1100 watts) or 1 minute 20 seconds (800 watts). 4 Let cool 1 minute. Caution: filling will be hot! Microwaves vary; adjust heating times according. Cook to 165 degree. Overheating toughens flatbread. Toaster Oven: 1 Preheat oven to 350 degree F. 2 Remove sandwich from film. 3 Bake for 20-25 minutes. Keep frozen.
