Directions Cooking Directions: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 12 minutes. Deep Fryer (for Restaurant Use): 1. Place fillets in basket, separating to prevent from sticking. 2. Fry at 350 degrees F for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Note: The correct oil temperature is critical to ensure proper browning and thorough cooking. Always allow oil to reheat before frying additional fish fillets. Microwaving is not recommended.
