Give them a try! You Will Need: 2 lbs of beef for stew cut into 1-1/2 inches pieces (Follow safe handling practices and cook meat thoroughly). One pouch of Tapatio Barbacoa Cooking Sauce. Skillet and Slow Cooker: In a large skillet, brown the meat. Transfer to slow-cooker [6 quart size is recommended]. Add the contents of the Tapatio Barbacoa cooking sauce pouch and 1/4 cup of water. Simmer for 7-8 hours on low temp setting or 4-5 hours on high.
