Keep frozen, thaw before serving. Do not refreeze. Thawing Instructions: Place frozen seafood into a covered bowl and refrigerate for 8-10 hours. Rinse in a colander under cold running water, it is now ready to use. Quick Thawing Instructions: Place frozen seafood into a colander and rinse with cold running water for approximately 6-10 minutes. Rotate seafood mix to ensure even thawing. Let drain and cook to serve. Once thawed refrigerate in a covered bowl and prepare within 3 days.
