Directions
Keep refrigerated. Remove casing before cooking. Cook before eating. Cooking Ideas: Remove casing from the El Popular Chorizo links before cooking and place desired amount in a non-stick skillet. Break-up Chorizo while cooking at medium heat, saute for 7-8 minutes until the Chorizo is fully cooked. The internal temperature must reach a minimum of 160 degrees F. Recipe Suggestions: Add chopped onion, peppers, potatoes etc. and serve in your favorite dishes including eggs, tacos, chili and fondue. For a tropical taste add diced mango, pineapple, avocado, add a twist of lime. Salt to taste. Buen provecho!
