Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Quick Thaw: Cold Water: Submerge inner sealed bag in cold tap water. Change the water every 30 minutes to continue thaw. Check for fully thawed product starting at one hour. Cooking Instructions: Caution: Do not cook in bag. Discard unused marinade. Grill: Recommended for best results. Place thawed meat over high heat and gril for 2-3 minutes on each side until meat is golden brown. Skillet: Preheat skillet to medium high heat. Cook each side of the meat for 3 minutes until brown. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (191 degrees C). 2. Bake on cookie sheet in center of oven for 10 minutes (5 minutes per side). 3. If desired, finish with broiler for 2-3 minutes or until meat is golden brown. (Follow cooking instructions to make sure the internal temperature of the ribs have reach 165 degrees F or higher as measured by a food thermometer). Keep frozen.
