Whole-Grain Red Rice.
Directions Cooking Directions: 1 cup of rice; 2 cups of water. Combine ingredients in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Stir once, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 45 minutes or until rice is tender and has absorbed all the liquid. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5 to 10 minutes. For best results, we recommend using a rice cooker. To open.
