Cook until center of each patty reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Approximately, 8 to 10 minutes. Edge and interior of patty may be red or pink when fully cooked. Grill: 1. Open package and remove patties. Turn grill to medium heat. 2. Add patties to hot grill, cooking 4 to 5 minutes per side. 3. Cook until center of each patty reaches 165 degrees F, as measured by a food thermometer. Approximately, 8 to 10 minutes. Edge and interior of patty may be red or pink when fully cooked. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
