Easy pasta preparation - serves 5-6: Bring 12 cups (3 liters) of water to a boil. Add 10.6 oz (300 g) Explore Cuisine Chickpea Risoni. Reduce heat and simmer for 7-8 minutes. Rinse, drain and serve. Cooking Instructions: Pasta: Prepare according to above instructions. In a saucepan add the coconut oil, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, olive oil, vegetable broth and thyme. Cook for 5 minutes on medium until well combined. Add the peas and asparagus and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the Risoni to the buttery sauce and mix until well combined. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon, sprinkle with parsley. Store in a cool dry place. Best Before: see bottom of package.
