All you need: 1/3 cup milk. 1 egg. Baking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly spray muffin cups or line with paper baking cups. 2. Combine Muffin mix, milk and egg in small mixing bowl. Stir until well blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F for15 19 minutes or until golden brown. Warning: Do not eat raw batter. Please cook fully before enjoying. Tips: For cornbread, pour batter into a greased 8-inch oven proofed skillet or square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15-19 minutes or until golden brown. For thicker cornbread, combine 2 packages corn muffin mix, 2/3 cup milk and 2 eggs. Pour into greased 8-inch square baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees F for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
