Directions Conventional: 1. Move oven rack to middle of oven. 2. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Place frozen fillet(s) in shallow metal baking pan, so not touching each other. 3. Bake uncovered 15 to 17 minutes (Oven temperatures may vary. Adjust cooking times accordingly), or until coating is golden brown and crunchy. Turn fillets over after 10 minutes of cooking. Microwaving is not recommended.
