Directions Keep frozen. Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. 1. Thaw sauce packet in water. Add sauce as desired (refer to options on the left); 2. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F; 3. Arrange on metal baking pan; 4. Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 12 minutes.
