Directions Cooking Guidelines: Note: Cook to light golden color. Cooking times vary depending on appliance power. Watch carefully during the final minutes of preparation. When cooking smaller amounts, reduce cooking time. Do not overcook! Product must be fully cooked for safety and quality. Oven: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Spread frozen Baby Cakes in a single layer on a dark, non-stick baking sheet or shallow baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Flip product over and continue baking an additional 8 to 10 minutes. Serve immediately. Deep Fry (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Preheat cooking oil to 350 degrees F. Fill basket 1/2 full (1/2 level) with frozen product. Deep fry 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Pan Fry (It is recommended when using this cooking method, to use non-hydrogenated liquid cooking oil): Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in electric skillet to medium heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add frozen Baby Cakes in a single layer. Stir to evenly distribute the oil. Cover with a lid and heat 14 to 17 minutes, stirring frequently for uniform cooking. Spread on absorbent paper. Serve immediately. Keep frozen.
